ABOUT Dr. Olga Latowa

Dr. Olga Latowa is a physician specializing in minimally invasive aesthetic medicine in Vienna.

Her work combines medical responsibility, precision, and a nuanced understanding of facial structure, proportion, and individual expression. At the center of her approach is a structural understanding of facial anatomy and age-related changes. The goal is not to change faces, but to harmoniously refine existing structures while preserving individual character.

Every treatment begins with a thorough consultation, careful analysis, and an individualized treatment plan. Transparency, realistic expectations, and long-term patient care are central principles of her work.

“My passion for medicine began in early childhood.”

Dr. Latowa spent part of her childhood with her grandmother, who worked as a physician in the former Soviet Union and cared for her patients with great dedication and compassion. Inspired by this role model, she opened her first “hospital” at the age of six in a corner of the garden behind a cornfield.

Her patients at the time – a collection of larger stones – already appeared noticeably improved after their stay on the small ward.

Until the age of ten, Dr. Latowa lived in the Soviet Union before emigrating to Vienna with her family.

A Sense of Form, Structure and Individuality

An understanding of form, image, and proportion developed during her school years and training in visual media at the Graphische Lehr- und Versuchsanstalt in Vienna.

Even then, her focus was not on changing appearance, but on recognizing and emphasizing individual characteristics. This perspective continues to shape her work today.

During her school and university years, Dr. Latowa worked in a variety of fields, including gastronomy, dance, and photography. These experiences contributed to a deeper understanding of perception, expression, communication, and human interaction.

Medical Training

Dr. Latowa studied medicine at the Medical University of Vienna and worked for several years as a tutor at the Institute of Anatomy. Following graduation, she completed her training in general medicine and specialized early in minimally invasive aesthetic medicine.

Today, her work combines medical expertise with a refined aesthetic understanding of facial harmony, proportion, and structural ageing processes.

Approach to Aesthetic Medicine

At the center of Dr. Latowa’s work is a structural approach: carefully analyzing individual anatomy, understanding age-related changes in a differentiated way, and performing treatments with precision and control.

The aim is not to create artificial results, but to preserve, restore, and refine natural features in a way that remains harmonious and authentic.

As a conscientious physician, Dr. Latowa feels deeply committed to the well-being of her patients, both medically and personally.

Even minimally invasive aesthetic procedures are medical interventions and involve potential risks and side effects. For this reason, it is particularly important that treatments are performed by experienced physicians who provide comprehensive medical guidance and are able to recognize, manage, and treat complications appropriately if necessary.

Comprehensive patient education, careful treatment planning, and responsible medical care are therefore fundamental principles of her work.
