Hyaluronic Acid Fillers Vienna
Structural Facial Treatment with Hyaluronic Acid
Hyaluronic acid fillers allow structural, contouring and corrective facial treatments to be performed with precision.
In addition to applications such as non-surgical rhinoplasty, they are particularly used to address age-related volume loss, changes in facial contours and declining tissue support.
Wrinkle formation, loss of firmness and volume depletion are the result of complex structural changes within the tissue. Over time, these changes can alter facial proportions, reduce support and affect overall facial harmony.
Treatment with hyaluronic acid fillers is performed at the Vienna practice with the goal of restoring and stabilizing facial structures, balancing proportions and precisely refining individual areas — particularly the chin and nose.
The focus is always on achieving a result that preserves the individual facial expression while enhancing balance, structure and harmony.

Treatment Areas
Treatment with hyaluronic acid fillers is always performed within the context of the entire facial anatomy.
The focus is not on the isolated correction of individual areas, but on the interaction between structure, proportion and shape.
Common treatment areas include:
Wrinkles and Transitions
Targeted correction of wrinkles and shadow areas, such as nasolabial folds, the mouth area or tear troughs.
Structural Volume Restoration
Restoration of support structure and volume, particularly in the midface.
Contour and Proportion
Enhancement of facial contours, for example in the cheeks, chin or jawline.
Contouring of Individual Areas
Precise shaping of the chin or nose as part of a non-surgical correction.
Tissue Quality
Improvement of hydration, firmness and elasticity in cases of declining tissue quality.Behandlungsbereiche
Treatment Procedure and Effects
Treatment is performed through the injection of hyaluronic acid fillers into different tissue layers. Depending on the treatment goal, products with varying properties are selected, differing in consistency, elasticity and tissue integration.
Only high-quality hyaluronic acid fillers are used. In addition to the amount of product used, precise placement within the tissue is essential.
The goal of treatment is not visible overcorrection, but the restoration of proportion, structure and support. Structural deficiencies such as a recessed chin, hollow cheeks, sunken temples or deep nasolabial folds can be corrected and balanced.
Depending on the individual situation, a combination with other treatments — such as botulinum toxin, Sculptra®, biostimulation or laser treatments — may be beneficial in order to achieve a balanced and stable result. Every treatment plan is based on a detailed individual analysis.
Treatment Process
Before every treatment, a medical consultation takes place. During this consultation, the initial situation, individual wishes and anatomical conditions are carefully assessed. Based on this, the treatment plan and expected scope of treatment are determined.
After preparation with local anaesthesia, the filler is precisely injected into the defined treatment areas. The effect is visible immediately, while the final result can generally be fully assessed after approximately two weeks.
Before and After Treatment
Before Treatment
Blood-thinning medications should, where medically appropriate, be discussed with the treating physician beforehand.
Alcohol consumption should be reduced as much as possible.
After Treatment
Temporary swelling or small bruises may occur. These reactions are common and usually subside within a few days.
For approximately 24 hours after treatment, the following should be avoided:
• Intense physical activity
• Alcohol and nicotine
• Sauna and heat exposure
The final result can usually be assessed once any swelling has completely subsided.
Contraindications
Treatment with hyaluronic acid fillers should not be performed in cases of:
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Active infections in the treatment area
• Known allergies to ingredients of the product or local anaesthetic
• Use of immunosuppressive medication
• Severe systemic or untreated medical conditions
Treatment is only performed on patients over the age of 18.
An individual medical assessment is carried out during the personal consultation preceding every treatment.
